Return Policy

Return Policy:

• Shortages and damages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns must be accompanied by an original invoice.
• No returns accepted after 60 days.
• Returns are subject to 20% restocking charge.
• Educational Tickets will be refunded if notified 30 days prior to scheduled date of the class
• Educational Tickets cancellation within 30 days of the scheduled date will be issued an educational credit to be used for any other classes
• No Shows on an educational class with no notification will forfeit any refund or credit
